About Us
Clogging Connection Competition Team was formed in 1986 by Deborah Conn and her son, Jamie Conn. Since then, Clogging Connection has been nothing short of excellent. We have won numerous titles in just about every variation of clogging in just about every level available in a clogging competition. This includes regional, state, national, even a world championship! Sadly, Ms Debbie passed away in July 2016. Jamie, his sister Becky, and her daughter Kaley became the team directors on her passing. They are now leading the team back to the top!

As much as Clogging Connection is about winning at competitions, we are also about supporting our fellow cloggers. Whether it be by volunteering to video another team's performance, lending a shoe when a competitor's breaks, or clapping and cheering as they dance - we'll do what it takes.

Clogging Connection has also become a family. We travel together to workshops and competitions, usually choosing to stay together in the same hotel on the road. In the past few years, we've been able to rent a house or cabin large enough tor the entire team to stay under one roof. The latest example of this was at Pigeon Forge, TN. We traveled up there for the Dollywood Clogging Classic. Instead of dealing with hotels, a cabin was located a short 10 minute drive to Dollywood that was large enough to hold the majority of the team. We could have made it work for all of us, but some of our folks had family in the area they stayed with or a timeshare they needed to use. We had 38 people sharing this huge cabin - and had the best time!!
